I am enthusiastic personal trainer based at David Lloyd Milton Keynes and Protraining PT in Newport Pagnell. I work with clients of all ages, shapes, sizes, and knowledge levels helping them to reach their goals. I use a mixture of mobility, strength training, and cardio to ensure my client is in the best condition they can be. I also use my knowledge as a semi professional footballer to help athletes improve their game, while treating all clients as a top class athlete.
