We are a private fitness studio, based in Leegate. We have a beautiful space, with all the equipment you need to make exercise a part of your lifestyle. The studio is run by myself (Nana) & business partner Stacey (the pillar). We offer group PT sessions, 1-2-1 PT sessions & boxing based fitness. I have competed in amateur boxing bouts for about 9 years, I am a qualified fitness professional and also a sports massage therapist. I enjoy creating functional workouts to suit all levels.
