My name is Fergus McGivern, I own a PT Studio, Force7Gyms in the heart of Lisburn city centre. I specialise in weightlifting and Interval training to help clients achieve their fitness goals. I focus on what drives a client to success and taylor make packages to suit all levels and abilities. My attention to detail stems from a previous 10 year career in accountancy and having made a huge change in my own life, I am confident and passionate about helping others that want to change theirs.
